**Job Title: Case Manager**
The Case Manager offers a range of comprehensive services that encompass assessment, advocacy, and crisis intervention to assist homeless veterans in achieving and sustaining employment. Key responsibilities include keeping precise case documentation, collaborating with community organizations, and ensuring adherence to program standards and reporting obligations. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related discipline, along with one to three years of experience in case management or social work. Additionally, possession of a valid New Mexico driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the capability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening are essential.
