Job description
The Inside Loan Originator plays a crucial role in transforming incoming leads into mortgage loan agreements through customer consultations and overseeing the loan origination process. This position requires the evaluation of borrower requirements, gathering essential documentation, and achieving production targets while adhering to compliance regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in sales or loan origination within a direct consumer or call center setting. Expertise in Microsoft Office, along with excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities, is essential.
