Job description
Job Summary
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing instructional materials and experiences that enhance learning and engagement. This role demands a keen understanding of educational principles as well as the ability to adapt materials to meet diverse learner needs.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and effective instructional materials and learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop content aligned with learning objectives.
- Evaluate and revise existing learning materials based on feedback and assessment results.
- Utilize various instructional technologies and methods to enhance the learning environment.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in learner knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Experience with instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze and assess learner needs effectively.
