Job description

Job Summary

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing instructional materials and experiences that enhance learning and engagement. This role demands a keen understanding of educational principles as well as the ability to adapt materials to meet diverse learner needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and effective instructional materials and learning experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop content aligned with learning objectives.
  • Evaluate and revise existing learning materials based on feedback and assessment results.
  • Utilize various instructional technologies and methods to enhance the learning environment.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in learner knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience with instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using authoring tools and learning management systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze and assess learner needs effectively.
