Job description
**Job Title: Training & QA Specialist**
The Training & QA Specialist is responsible for overseeing the training and quality assurance initiatives within the organization. This includes the creation of training resources and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, the specialist conducts regular quality evaluations, tracks office performance metrics, and contributes to the formulation of standard operating procedures. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in child support case management and training. A bachelor’s degree is recommended, alongside excellent written and verbal communication abilities and proficiency in both Microsoft and Adobe applications.
