The Junior Business Affairs Executive plays a vital role in the evaluation, coordination, and management of client contracts and agreements within the realms of film, television, and digital media. This position involves aiding senior colleagues in the assessment of deal structures, preparation of contracts, and verification of adherence to guild and union regulations. Applicants are required to possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and must be licensed to practice law in either New York or California. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of pertinent experience in entertainment law or business affairs, complemented by excellent legal drafting and analytical capabilities.
