**Job Title: Laboratory Assistant**
The Laboratory Assistant plays a vital role in assisting Clinical Laboratory Scientists by conducting phlebotomy, managing specimen receipt and processing, and executing various technical procedures. Additionally, they carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the Laboratory Director. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, alongside a minimum of two years of experience in a laboratory environment or in a phlebotomy role. Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal communication abilities and be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds.
