Lead analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, and enhancement of software systems, ensuring deliverables meet established goals and standards. Provide project leadership, review code and designs, and coach and delegate work to other developers. Requires at least five years of Java application development experience and a background in banking or fintech. Preferred qualifications include seven or more years of development experience, Core Deposits application experience, knowledge of product architecture, and application integration skills; a university degree is preferred.
