**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
Deliver exceptional personal care and daily living assistance to residents, such as support with bathing, grooming, and mobility. Effectively relay resident requirements to the healthcare team and ensure thorough documentation while adhering to safety standards and infection control protocols. Applicants are required to possess a valid CNA license in Nebraska. Experience in long-term care, post-acute, or hospital environments is highly desirable.
