Job description
**Lead Veterinary Technician**
The Lead Veterinary Technician is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the hospital, monitoring technician performance, and ensuring compliance with both medical protocols and customer service standards. This role requires acting as the Manager on Duty when necessary and overseeing staff training and onboarding processes. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a veterinary technician, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Familiarity with veterinary management software like SmartFlow and Cornerstone is strongly preferred.
