**Job Title: Medical Social Worker**
Provide assessment, guidance, and support to patients facing complex medical challenges by creating tailored treatment strategies. Assist individuals in adapting to their disabilities, connect them with necessary resources, and apply behavior modification techniques. A Master’s degree in Social Work and current state licensure as an LCSW are essential. Applicants should demonstrate strong skills in planning, organization, written communication, and interpersonal interactions.
