**Job Title: Provider Servicing Coordinator**
The Provider Servicing Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the Provider Servicing Manager by handling incoming requests from both groups and providers, as well as addressing claims-related challenges. This position is tasked with organizing network group submissions, keeping database records up-to-date, and conducting audits of documentation to guarantee adherence to departmental policies. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or claims, specifically in problem resolution. While an associate’s degree is desirable, proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
