Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their residences following physician directives and predefined care plans. Offer education to patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team regarding essential care practices. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited clinical education program and possess a valid nursing license in the state where they operate. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license and CPR certification.
