Provide compassionate, patient-focused nursing services within a home health environment, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, oversee medication administration, and instruct patients and their families on managing medical conditions and understanding treatment strategies. Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for their state of practice and have a minimum of one year of clinical experience. A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to patients’ residences are also required.
