Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will perform clinical evaluations, provide hands-on nursing care, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to manage resident care plans. This role includes supervising personnel, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and offering emotional support to both residents and their families. Applicants must have a valid LPN license in Iowa and current CPR certification. Additionally, completion of a state-sanctioned LPN supervisory course is necessary or should be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
