**Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)**
Deliver personalized nursing care to medically fragile children within their home environment, which encompasses medication administration and treatment procedures. Evaluate patient health conditions, guide family members on care strategies, and uphold high professional clinical standards. Applicants must possess a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas and a current CPR certification. Experience in pediatric home health, along with familiarity with tracheostomy and ventilator management, is advantageous but not mandatory.
