Job description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will provide nursing care to patients in their residences, working under the guidance of a registered nurse. This role involves collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and maintaining precise clinical records. Interested candidates should have graduated from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and hold a current, valid LPN license along with CPR certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in home healthcare.
