Job description
Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, including medication passes and treatments. Supervise nurse assistants and ensure high-quality care for residents. Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado. Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
