Job Summary
The part-time and PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a key role in delivering essential healthcare services. This position focuses on providing patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive high-quality and compassionate health support.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare practitioners.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to senior medical staff.
- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
Qualifications
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Strong understanding of nursing care principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
