**Charge Nurse**
The Charge Nurse is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing daily operations within the unit, while providing supervision to staff to guarantee high-quality, patient-centered care. This role also embodies clinical leadership, offering guidance to team members, managing resources within the unit, and ensuring effective communication between physicians and administrative personnel. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience, which includes at least two years in the oncology field. A current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nursing license and BLS certification are mandatory.
