Job Summary
BD in Warwick, Rhode Island is in search of a Territory Manager: OR & Biosurgery to lead the sales initiatives for infection prevention and biosurgery products throughout the designated territory. This position focuses on engaging with healthcare professionals to ensure the effective promotion and support of our products.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of infection prevention and biosurgery solutions within the assigned territory.
- Provide education to physicians and operating room staff about product features and benefits.
- Offer on-site support to healthcare practitioners and institutions.
- Manage and nurture key client accounts to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals set for the territory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the medical device or healthcare industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with medical professionals.
- Ability to understand complex medical products and convey their advantages to clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales metrics.
- Capability to work independently and exhibit proactive problem-solving skills.
