In addition, they offer patient education, assist healthcare providers during examinations, and ensure the accurate maintenance of electronic health records. Applicants should possess 2-4 years of experience in a clinical setting and hold a high school diploma or GED. A Medical Assistant certification is preferred, alongside excellent customer service and computer proficiency skills.
