Job description
The Nurse Educator plays a crucial role in evaluating, designing, and executing training programs, which encompass the orientation of new nurses and ongoing educational initiatives for nursing personnel. Additionally, this role involves supporting various projects and applying research findings to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and hold an active Registered Nurse license in Connecticut. A minimum of five years of advancing clinical experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have obtained a Master’s degree in Nursing.
