Job description
**Nurse Home Visitor**
The Nurse Home Visitor delivers thorough nursing services and health assessments to new parents and their children up to the age of two. This position entails overseeing a caseload of 25-30 families and applying the Nurse-Family Partnership framework during home and community visits. Applicants must be registered nurses holding a minimum of an Associate’s degree and possess a current driver’s license. Experience in maternal, child, or community health nursing is essential, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
