Job Summary
The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Neurosurgery will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within the surgical environment. This position requires the practitioner to assist during operating room procedures and apply the medical model effectively while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Support and participate in surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Implement the medical model to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Experience in a surgical or neurosurgery setting is preferred.
