The Nurse Practitioner will deliver holistic palliative and hospice services in a variety of environments, such as residential homes and long-term care settings. This role involves working closely with an interdisciplinary team to address patient symptoms while offering support to families in care planning and emotional support. Applicants are required to possess a Master’s degree in nursing along with a valid Indiana Nurse Practitioner license. Additionally, board certification and prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics are necessary.
