Job description
**Occupational Therapist**
Provide tailored occupational therapy services right in patients’ residences, which encompasses conducting evaluations, developing treatment strategies, and assessing fall risks. Track patient advancements and keep precise clinical records while working closely with the interdisciplinary team. Applicants must possess a current Hawaii license as either an Occupational Therapist or a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and dependable transportation are essential for this position.
