Job description
**Job Title: Lead MLT/MLS**
The Lead MLT/MLS is responsible for conducting diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and guaranteeing that quality control standards are upheld. This role also includes leadership responsibilities such as training personnel, overseeing departmental inventory, and ensuring compliance with CAP regulations. Applicants must possess a high school diploma and a degree from a recognized MLT or MLS program. Current registration with ASCP, NCAMLP, AMT, or ASMT is necessary, along with the capability to perform venipuncture and operate laboratory instruments.
