The manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks. They also oversee property maintenance, security audits, and local marketing efforts to meet business objectives. Candidates must have at least 2 years of store or site management experience and possess excellent communication skills. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, along with the ability to live on-site.
