**Job Title: Sales Associate**
The Sales Associate plays a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, achieving personal and store sales targets, and upholding operational excellence within the store. In this role, you will serve as a brand representative by actively engaging with customers, sharing insights about products, and guiding new team members through their onboarding process. Candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a high-traffic sales environment and exhibit excellent communication abilities. All applicants must be at least 18 years old, capable of standing for prolonged periods, able to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds, and maintain a flexible work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
