This position also includes overseeing on-call records and hospitalization logs to maintain consistent care continuity. Applicants should have a high school diploma and either a current LPN/LVN license coupled with a year of clinical experience or at least one year of pertinent experience in home health, hospice, or pediatrics. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
