Job description
The role of the Patient Services Coordinator involves organizing the schedules of field clinicians within the branch and facilitating clear communication among patients, physicians, and caregivers. This position also includes overseeing on-call records and hospitalization logs to maintain consistent care continuity. Applicants should have a high school diploma and either a current LPN/LVN license coupled with a year of clinical experience or at least one year of pertinent experience in home health, hospice, or pediatrics. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
