**Job Title: Payroll Manager**
The Payroll Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of multi-state and international payroll processing, ensuring adherence to SOX standards and maintaining audit preparedness. This role includes leading a team of payroll specialists and collaborating with HR, Finance, and Legal departments to manage equity compensation and implement system automations. Ideal candidates will possess 7-10+ years of advanced payroll experience, demonstrating knowledge in public company settings and SOX compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is mandatory, along with a high level of proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
