Pediatric Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for gathering and documenting client progress throughout sessions and executing tailored behavior intervention plans. This role involves utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote skill development and enhance behavioral outcomes for children with autism. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, although an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates must successfully complete state and federal background checks and have access to dependable transportation.
