Job description
The Personal Support Specialist delivers hands-on care and emotional assistance to residents, aiding in their daily activities and overseeing their health condition. They partner with the nursing staff to ensure a secure, respectful, and pleasant atmosphere for every resident. Applicants should possess a valid Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification. While a 40-hour Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) certification is desirable, it is not mandatory.
