Job description
**Job Title: Phlebotomist**
The role of the phlebotomist involves conducting venipuncture collections and processing lab specimens while adhering to established safety and quality standards. This position also includes managing order entries, ensuring the maintenance of equipment, and delivering outstanding customer service to patients in a hospital environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and either possess a phlebotomy certification or have a minimum of one year of relevant healthcare experience. Familiarity with medical terminology and experience with electronic medical record systems are highly desirable.
