The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations within patients’ homes and create tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function. This role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals and ensuring precise clinical documentation is maintained. Applicants must have a valid Florida Physical Therapist license and demonstrate exceptional skills in assessment and treatment. Experience in home health settings is preferred for this position.
