**Practice Operations Manager**
The Practice Operations Manager oversees the daily functions of the office, fosters revenue enhancement, and enhances the patient journey from the initial consultation to the closing results. Key responsibilities include mentoring the team, achieving financial collection goals, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational protocols. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or sales-oriented position, demonstrating a successful track record in revenue generation. Familiarity with Google Suite and excellent communication abilities are essential, while knowledge of the dental sector is advantageous.
