$90K-130K Manager of Product Compliance Job Summary
The Manager of Product Compliance supports the Director of Product Compliance in executing the Company’s product compliance strategy. This role oversees day-to-day certification activities, regulatory projects, and internal compliance processes to ensure products meet applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements across all markets. Manager of Product Compliance Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily product compliance activities, including certifications, product listings, and regulatory documentation for new and existing products.
  • Lead regulatory and certification projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate testing, audits, corrective actions, and ongoing listings with third-party certification agencies (NSF, IAPMO, CSA, ASSE).
  • Monitor regulatory and standards changes and communicate impacts to leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Complete regulatory sales reporting related to single-use plastics, PFAS, and EPR requirements.
  • Provide compliance guidance to Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Review product labeling, technical literature, and marketing materials for regulatory and certification accuracy.
  • Update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for formulation changes, new markets, and chemical classifications.
  • Support investigations and resolution of compliance issues and corrective actions.
  • Maintain organized compliance records and identify opportunities to improve compliance processes.

Manager of Product Compliance Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and certification requirements.
  • Experience working with third-party certification bodies and conformity assessment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with documentation, project tracking, and reporting tools.

Manager of Product Compliance Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and corrective action processes.
  • Experience with PFAS, single-use plastics, and EPR regulatory reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
  • 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
