Job description
**Product Development Manager**
The Product Development Manager is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of beauty products, starting from conceptualization and market analysis to their launch and subsequent performance evaluation. This position requires collaboration across various departments, including R&D, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure that products are both commercially viable and cohesive with the brand’s strategy. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and have between 8 to 13 years of experience in the relevant industry. Expertise in the cosmetics sector and the capability to oversee intricate product development initiatives are crucial for this role.
