**Job Title: Training Specialist**
The Training Specialist plays a crucial role in providing product training for both internal personnel and external clients, ensuring adherence to established protocols. This position requires the delivery of technical knowledge, assessment of training efficacy, and the organization of training-related documentation. A bachelor’s degree or comparable experience is highly valued, alongside a minimum of three years in a clinical setting, particularly within the plasma or blood collection fields. The ideal candidate should be prepared to travel as much as 75% of the time and demonstrate excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
