The Production Team Partner plays a crucial role in the assembling, packaging, and rolling of products while guaranteeing that orders are correctly prepared for distribution. It is essential for them to examine products for any quality concerns and to comply with all safety protocols, HACCP standards, and medical regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED and meet the age requirement of 16 to 18 years, based on the specific department. This position demands the physical capacity to stand for extended periods of 8 hours, lift weights ranging from 15 to 30 lbs, and carry out basic math tasks.
