Job Summary
The Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, specifically focusing on high-volume hiring. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and the HR Center of Excellence to align with the company’s staffing requirements and effectively source, evaluate, and engage candidates. The Specialist plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pool.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- A proven track record in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
