Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Yarmouth, Maine location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our workforce by effectively identifying and recruiting talent that aligns with our business goals, specifically within skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring partners to fully understand the recruitment needs and objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process for skilled nursing and other long-term care roles.
- Work closely with HR Assistants to streamline the hiring process and enhance candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment efforts across multiple facilities, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in health care or long-term care environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data-driven insights to improve hiring strategies.
