The physical therapist will evaluate, develop plans for, and implement medically prescribed therapies for patients in their home settings. They will need to collaborate closely with the Rehabilitation Manager and handle several priorities efficiently. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy along with a minimum of two years of clinical practice. A valid state PT license and CPR certification are essential for this position.
