Job description
**Job Title: Customer Support Specialist – Property and Casualty**
Deliver precise and effective assistance to both customers and agents concerning inquiries related to property and casualty policies as well as billing matters. Address service-related challenges, record customer requirements, and execute policy modifications while holding a current insurance license. Applicants must have an active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license that is not currently appointed. A confirmed High School Diploma or GED is also mandatory.
