Job description
The role of Retail Sales and Merchandising Supervisor involves guiding the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service while implementing visual merchandising and promotional display standards. This position is responsible for overseeing the management of freight operations, inventory oversight, and training of personnel. Additionally, the supervisor acts as the on-duty manager in the absence of the store manager. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a retail sales environment. Candidates must be adept in Microsoft Office and capable of lifting weights of up to 50 lbs.
