Job Summary
The role involves providing cohesive nursing care for patients by following predetermined standards and the nursing process. The position requires oversight of nursing staff and collaboration with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and restorative environment for patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients based on established practices and the nursing process.
- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to foster a safe and healing atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in an acute care setting is advantageous.
