Job Summary
The RN in the Specialty Clinic is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients within a specialized healthcare setting. The role involves working with a dedicated team to ensure effective patient management and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
- Monitor and document patient’s conditions, reporting any changes as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and observe for side effects.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in a specialty clinic or similar setting is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
