**Job Title: Family Service Counselor**
The Family Service Counselor plays a crucial role in establishing leads, fostering relationships, and assisting families with both immediate and future cemetery arrangements. This position serves as the main point of contact for families, delivering tailored support and working alongside funeral home personnel to guarantee exceptional service. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of post-secondary education or relevant experience in sales or customer service. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to acquire an insurance license. The position demands flexibility in working hours, including the possibility of evenings and weekends.
