Job description
**Job Title: Scientist**
The Scientist plays a crucial role in advancing late-stage cell therapy products by engaging in the development, qualification, validation, and analysis of analytical assays. Key responsibilities include conducting experiments, analyzing data, and generating technical documents, all while working closely with various cross-functional teams. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology or a similar discipline, with a Master’s degree being advantageous. A minimum of 4 years of pertinent industry experience is required, along with a strong grasp of GMP standards.
