Job Summary
The Seasonal Master Loader – Part Time position is designed for individuals seeking a temporary role that involves overseeing and coordinating the loading and unloading of materials. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and safety during the handling of goods throughout the season.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the loading and unloading processes to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of service during material handling operations.
- Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow during busy seasons.
- Ensure the accurate recording of materials and equipment handled throughout the shift.
- Assist in training new staff on safe loading practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in loading operations or a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations related to material handling.
