**Senior Benefits Analyst**
The Senior Benefits Analyst will act as an expert in health, welfare, and retirement programs, overseeing compliance, vendor partnerships, and systems integration. This role includes leading Open Enrollment initiatives, analyzing benefits data, and effectively communicating benefit policies and plan usage to employees. Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years focused on benefits administration, and must be proficient in Workday. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, alongside excellent analytical abilities, strong Excel skills, and a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance as well as group insurance administration.
